  2. Never fished the Puyallup river before. Kinda new at this and wanting to learn how. Your website is extremely helpful. I heard it can be combat fishing down there and that veterans don't really welcome the rookies with open arms. I will be heading out tomm so will see how it goes. Thank you again for your website.

  3. Hello I'm a fellow salmon angular of the Puyallup for the last 3 years. I've used all sorts of gear and for some reason I haven't caught ANYTHING other then a stick and snags. Some tips would be great. I do what I have read but I haven't caught anything. I've spent about $1000 on gear so it would be great to catch some salmon.

    1. Everything above the pink marker on the map is open on the first. -- sure there'll be fish....i won't be fishing, because i like catching :-) it'll be another 10 days before we start hear any kind of good reports.
