Holiday HAWGS

The river is loaded with chum chum right now. Landed a couple big ones this morning, and kept one for the smoker. Saw quite a few being landed around me as well. The river is still pretty high and colored, but if you can find a spot, the fish are there.

Chum fu fightin'

The chum are in much better numbers than last weekend, but there aren't a ton of them yet.
I landed this 12lb hen on the lower river at sunrise this morning. Lost another after about 10-15 sec, and had a miss or two mixed in as well.

Puyallup river water levels

The river has been blown out of shape for the last week, but it looks like it should return to fishable levels by Friday night. Looking for one last week of trying for a silver, before I gear into the chum. WIth chum already in clarks creek, and in the mid-river, this could mean a huge chum return this year.
